Hey guys, I'm Chelsea. The creator behind The Nerdy Boho. I created this company and blog so that I could have a creative outlet and a place to post about the things I am passionate about. The idea behind the company came to me when I was planning our wedding last year. I was searching the internet for pretty photos with quotes that spoke to me. I realized that inspiration for me not only comes from Mother Nature but from movies and shows. In a world of Netflix and Chill, pop culture influences our lives more than ever. My goal is connect Nerd Culture with the great outdoors. My two favorite things.
First step calls for a little exploring and adventure taking, once I have a shot I love I find the perfect quote to pair it with. Sometimes the place it self feels other worldly, other times it is just the feeling I get when I see that landscape or environment. Either way these pieces are meant to inspire, and add a little of the outdoors to your indoor space. Plus, let's be honest letting your geek flag fly feels pretty good.
A little background info, I work full-time as a portrait photographer capturing all stages and special moments of life. I was a fashion student turned art nerd. If you can't find me, I am probably outside somewhere with my camera. During art school I worked at Pottery Barn so home design is my jam. I will take a new pillow over a new shirt any day!
